Airports

Dallas Fort Worth has two major airports. They are both around 30 minutes away by car from the conference center (~$40-$50 UBER ride). Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport (DFW). Dallas Love Field (DAL), main hub for Southwest airline.

Hotel Accomodation

1. Springhill Suites by Marriott (1.0 miles from UT Dallas)
2. DoubleTree by Hilton (1.3 miles from UT Dallas)
3. Hilton (1.5 miles from UT Dallas)

There are many other accomodation options near by. So far no conference hotel has been selected and no special rate negotiated. We will update you with details as soon as we do.

Parking

We suggest that you park at Parking Structure 1 (PS1) which is the closest to the conference venue (David-Gundy Alumni Center). You can download a UTD campus map here. We will provide free parking passes that you will be able to download from here close to the conference event days. Make sure to follow the instructions indicated in the permit and only park at the indicated zones (colors).
