Conference Registration

Important dates: The deadlines for early registration and cancellation are as follow.

• Early registration deadline for authors: Sept. 30, 2025, 11:59PM CST
• Early registration deadline for non-authors: Oct. 15, 2025, 11:59PM CST

* For authors the early registration deadline is Sept 30, while for non-authors the early registration deadline is Oct 15.

¹Author registration: At least one author per accepted paper (short or full) must register as a regular attendee (student registrations are not allowed for authors) by the deadline for authors using the IEEE Member (USD 850) or Non-IEEE Member rate (USD 950). For participants who are registering as IEEE member, the member number must be provided. All author registrations are expected to provide their Easychair paper ID during the registration process.

** The early registration deadline is Oct 15.

Visa letter: If you require a letter of invitation from ICCD2025 in order to request a visa to present your paper or attend the conference, you should:

• Complete your registration https://iccd2025.eventbee.com.
• Send email to muhammad.rashed@uta.edu with your request. Include in this email:
  a.) Your full legal name as in your travel document.
  b.) Indicate if you are an author of a paper and are presenting the paper or if you are just attending the conference.
  c.) If you are an author of a paper to be presented at the conference, include the title of the paper and full list of authors.
  d.) The receipt of your registration (attach printout of the confirmation page) or registration number.

Included in the registration: (1) A copy of the conference proceedings; (2) admission to all keynotes and technical sessions; (3) admission to conference lunches and the banquet.

On-site registrations: Available. Only credit cards will be accepted.
