* For authors, the early registration deadline is Sept. 30, while for non-authors the early registration deadline is Oct. 15.

1Author registration: At least one author per accepted paper (short or full) must register as a regular attendee (student registrations are not allowed for authors) by the deadline for authors using the IEEE Member (USD 900) or Non-IEEE Member rate (USD 1000). For participants who are registering as IEEE members, the member number must be provided. All author registrations are expected to provide their EasyChair paper ID during the registration process. If you are an author of more than one accepted paper, a separate full registration is required for each paper, even if the same person presents them.

Visa letter: If you require a letter of invitation from ICCD 2026 for the purpose of applying for a visa to present your paper or attend the conference, you should:

(1) Complete your registration following the instructions at https://www.iccd-conf.com/2026/Conference_Registration.html .

(2) If the provided invitation letter is not sufficient and you need personal information included in the letter, please send an email to iccd@youngac.cn with your request. Please include the following information:

  1. Your full legal name as it appears in your travel document.
  2. Indicate whether you are an author of a paper and will present the paper, or whether you are attending the conference only.
  3. If you are an author of a paper to be presented at the conference, include the title of the paper and the full list of authors.
  4. The receipt of your registration (attach a printout of the confirmation page) or your registration number.

Included in the registration: (1) A copy of the conference proceedings; (2) admission to all keynotes and technical sessions; (3) admission to conference lunches and the banquet.
