Authors of accepted papers to be included in the IEEE conference proceedings are required to complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) through the EasyChair system. 1. The final version of your paper (compliant to the guidelines - see NOTE 2) must be submitted on or before 17 September, 2026 AOE.
2. Each accepted paper must have its own full conference registration (student rate does not apply) by 30 September, 2026 AoE. If you are an author of more than one accepted paper, a separate full registration is required for each paper, even if the same person presents them.
3. The paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors (see NOTE 3).

1. Papers (regular papers and short papers) accepted at ICCD 2026 must use the two-column IEEE conference proceedings format, and must be submitted as a PDF file.

2. The length of the papers is limited to 8 pages for regular papers and 4 pages for short papers.

   Regular papers may include up to 2 additional pages at USD 100 per page (maximum 10 pages). Short papers are 4 pages. Any additional page charges must be paid during author registration.

3. You CANNOT add or remove any author and cannot change author names in the final manuscript.
4. Changing the paper title is not allowed, as far as it reflects the technical contents of the paper.
5. Fundamental changes in the technical contents of the paper are not allowed. If there is a wide degradation in the technical contents of a paper, the paper will not appear in the conference proceedings.
6. Any modifications to the authors or paper title must be requested via email to the conference (iccd@youngac.cn) and the Program Chair, Weichen Liu (liu@ntu.edu.sg), with a valid justification.

1) Mandatory Sections:

a. Title of the paper (must be initial caps) -- Meaning First Letters of the Main Words Must be Capital Letters.

b. Authors' full names -- For every author, their first name, middle initial(s) (if any), and last name must to be included after the title of the paper on the first page

c. Affiliations -- EACH author's affiliation, department (if any), affiliation location, state, country, and email address MUST be included.

d. Abstract -- Include an abstract (short overview) of your paper on the first page top of the left hand column.

2) Page Size and Page Breaks:

Submissions that do not conform to the IEEE standards will be returned to the author. The page size is US Letter (8-1/2x11 inches). Do not submit your paper in A4 size or different sizes. Only US Letter will be accepted. Do not modify the margins of the paper to gain space. If the margins are modified, the paper will be returned to the author.

3) Fonts:

If your figures use custom or non-standard fonts, the characters may appear differently when printed in the proceedings. Remember to check that all fonts are embedded and included in the figure correctly (Tip: try to avoid nonstandard font sets in your figures).

4) Page Numbers, Headers, and Footers:

The final submission MUST NOT contain any footer or copyright string information in the footer area, headers or page numbers (the correct IEEE copyright notice will be included by the Proceedings Chair). The papers will be paginated in a determined order by the chair.

5) Footnotes:

Footnotes should be numbered in consecutive order throughout the text.

6) Acknowledgements:

Acknowledgements should be placed after the actual text of the paper, just before the References section, and after any Appendix(es). All acknowledgements of financial support must be placed as the first footnote below the first column of the paper. Write the Acknowledgements in the third person.

- ICCD 2026 is a fully in-person conference. Every accepted paper must be presented on site.
