The PhD Forum at ICCD’26 offers great opportunities for Ph.D. and master’s students to present their research, communicate with other researchers, get early feedback from experts in the community, and experience the atmosphere at an international conference.

The papers will be reviewed by members of the ICCD program committee. Authors of accepted papers will be asked to prepare a presentation of their work, which will be shown and discussed live during the PhD Forum.

All presentations selected for the ICCD Student Research Forum will be considered for the Best Poster Award. The award will be selected by a dedicated committee at the PhD Forum, taking into account both the submission and the actual poster presentation.

Accepted presenters are eligible to register for the conference at the student registration rate.

• Students must be M.S. or Ph.D. students.
• The topic must be relevant to the ICCD community. Previous ICCD forum presenters are not eligible.
• Upon acceptance, students are required to attend the forum and present their posters in person; substitute presentations are not permitted.

We invite PhD students to submit short papers (same template/rules as for the main conference) to PhD Forum at ICCD’26 on topics relevant to the ICCD community. Extended abstracts should be submitted electronically in PDF format, following the IEEE style, and are limited to 2 pages, excluding references.

Work-in-progress papers, reports of failed experiments, lessons learnt and dissertations etc., are all welcome, as long as they can serve to spark an interesting discussion.
